TykoPass ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your personal information.
We collect information you provide directly (name, email, phone number, payment information during account registration and ticket purchases), information generated by your use of the platform (event browsing history, purchase history, device and browser information), and information from third-party services (payment processors, social login providers).
We use your information to process ticket purchases and send booking confirmations, manage your account and provide customer support, send event recommendations and marketing emails (with your consent), improve our platform and prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.
We share your information with event organizers when you purchase tickets to their events (name, email, and ticket details needed for check-in), payment processors to complete transactions, service providers who help us operate the platform (email delivery, analytics), and law enforcement when required by applicable law.
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Transaction records are retained for 7 years as required by tax laws. You may request deletion of your account data by contacting us, subject to legal retention requirements.

TykoPass is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we discover we have collected data from a minor, we will delete it promptly.
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent notice on our platform. Your continued use of TykoPass after such notice constitutes acceptance.
