We use your information to process ticket purchases and send booking confirmations, manage your account and provide customer support, send event recommendations and marketing emails (with your consent), improve our platform and prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.

We share your information with event organizers when you purchase tickets to their events (name, email, and ticket details needed for check-in), payment processors to complete transactions, service providers who help us operate the platform (email delivery, analytics), and law enforcement when required by applicable law.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Transaction records are retained for 7 years as required by tax laws. You may request deletion of your account data by contacting us, subject to legal retention requirements.
